Chief Operating Officer

Brett Luebke is Chief Operating Officer of United Utility, where he provides strategic direction to operations leadership teams across the company’s business units. He focuses on aligning people, processes, and execution while building consensus around sustainable growth opportunities.

With more than two decades of experience in the electric utility and infrastructure industries, Brett has led complex transmission and distribution operations, safety and training programs, storm restoration efforts, capital projects, and regional business units. Before becoming COO, he served as President of Operations for United Utility Services’ Southeast Region, overseeing operations across multiple companies and managing approximately $200 million in annual revenue.

Prior to joining United Utility Services, Brett held leadership roles with Georgia Power, Gulf Power, and Alabama Power. His experience includes leading teams responsible for transmission and distribution construction and maintenance, engineering, emergency response, fleet operations, and workforce development. During Hurricane Michael, he coordinated more than 5,000 crew resources in restoring service to over 100,000 customers across southern Georgia in five days.

Brett holds an MBA from the University of West Florida and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Arkansas.
