Juanita Biasini

As Chief Administrative Officer of United Utility Services, Juanita Biasini leads the company’s corporate administrative functions, overseeing human resources, legal, contracts, payroll, information technology, claims management, and marketing. With more than 25 years of leadership experience, she brings extensive expertise in organizational leadership, talent strategy, and operational excellence across the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Prior to joining United Utility Services, Juanita led the nuclear human resources team at the Tennessee Valley Authority, where she provided strategic human resources leadership and served as a trusted advisor to the nuclear executive management team and Chief Nuclear Officer. She also served as Chief Administrative Officer at BHI Energy, where she led key corporate functions before the company’s acquisition by Westinghouse.

As Chief Administrative Officer, Juanita is committed to building a high-performing organization by strengthening the people, processes, and corporate services that enable United Utility Services to deliver exceptional results for its employees and clients.

Juanita earned an MBA from the University of Michigan, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Loyalist College.
