Chris Collier Joins United Utility Services as Chief of Staff

United Utility Services is pleased to announce that Chris Collier has joined the company as Chief of Staff, reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer Colt Moedl. Chris will be based out of our Woodlands, Texas office. As Chief of Staff, Chris will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping drive the company’s most critical long-term initiatives as United Utility Services continues its growth trajectory. In this high-impact leadership role, he will lead cross-functional efforts that strengthen our policies, processes, and organizational capabilities while supporting strategic initiatives across the enterprise.

Chris will work closely with leaders across the organization to improve operational efficiency, develop scalable processes, and ensure strategic priorities remain on track. He will oversee the execution of key growth initiatives, monitor performance through executive dashboards and scorecards, and help align resources to achieve the company’s long-term objectives. In addition, Chris will serve as the primary coordinator for Board-related activities, provide executive-level analysis and recommendations, and support mergers and acquisitions through financial analysis, due diligence, integration planning, and corporate development efforts.

Chris joins United Utility Services with more than 10 years of leadership experience at Chevron, where he led enterprise transformation initiatives, strategic planning, executive reporting, and M&A support. He holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and Data Analytics from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a bachelor’s degree in political science from California State University, Chico.
