Collis Temple is an accomplished business executive, entrepreneur, and author with 20 years of experience managing a profitable enterprise.

In March 2021, Collis partnered with United Utility and purchased the majority share of E.P. Breaux Utility Services, LLC. He is the CEO of the minority-owned utility services firm. He looks forward to helping fill the gap that currently exists with minority ownership in the energy and utility sector. Collis is excited about the partnership with United Utility Services and realizing enormous opportunity to grow E.P. Breaux Utility Services as a premier minority-owned enterprise servicing the electrical utility sector.

Collis also owns and operates Collis Temple III & Associates, a training center of Primerica with over 550 licensed agents. Prior to joining Primerica, he played Division I basketball at LSU, while earning his Undergraduate in Business and Masters in Sports Management, before beginning the pursuit of his Doctorate in Educational Leadership.

In addition to his CEO position, he serves as Vice-Chairman of the LA Board of Regents, the highest decision-making board of Higher Education in the State of LA. Collis also serves his community as a Board of Directors of the Knock Knock Children’s Museum in Baton Rouge, as well as the 100 Black Men of Metro Baton Rouge.
