Underground Horizontal Directional Drilling and Pipeline Construction
DBE Utility Services/United Utility Energy is a specialty trenchless construction expert working with clients to engineer and install electrical, communications, water and sewer lines with over 500 completed projects in 18 years. Utilizing the latest technology and equipment, our 15 drill rigs with pull-back capacity up to 1.1M lbs, skilled operators and cross-trained crews are able to provide rapid response and mobilization. Our design/build expertise brings you unique, out-of-the-box thinking to plan and deliver complex projects.

Barehand and Live Line Crews
From energized 69kV wood pole lines to 500kV tubular steel, steel, concrete, and lattice tower transmission lines, our high voltage power live line expertise is respected throughout the country. Our teams operate under adverse conditions and extreme terrains, utilizing helicopters, barges, and other specialized equipment where access is restricted.
We perform all types of energized electric power infrastructure construction operations including structures replacement, switch replacement, re-conductor installation: stringing, sagging, clipping, dead-ending, reconductoring, fiber optic (OPGW), and splicing.
