Storm Damage Assessment

United Utility is a storm response expert, and when disasters happen, United Utility responds quickly, deploying more than 200 assessors supported by a team of technical engineers and drone capabilities. We’re experienced in all types of weather conditions and trained to evaluate damage, set priorities and identify needed repairs. With our proven process that ensures accurate data for shorter outages, we work to restore power to those who need it with a national workforce of both union and non-union resources and a large fleet of equipment ready to respond at a moment’s notice.

Our Experience

United Utility T&D team has provided significant levels of resources in response to hurricanes, floods, major wind events and ice storms across the United States from Texas to the North & Southeast coastal areas, the Caribbean Islands and Puerto Rico. We have experience in the logistics it takes to deploy our crews to remote and outward lying areas.
From a damage assessment perspective, our personnel have successfully transferred their design talents and T&D construction experience to the field to provide quality storm damage assessment work and customer service. The stringent safety training we provide becomes even more important in storm response situations, with unknown hazards, unquantified damage levels, and challenging weather conditions. We’re up to the task and can mobilize for you.
