Frank Musick

Frank Musick is the President for W. A. Chester, L. L. C. (WAC). Before becoming President he was the Vice President since 2005. He received a BSEE degree from Bluefield State College in 1985 and a Masters in Engineering Construction Management degree from George Washington University in 1990. Mr. Musick began his career with the Potomac Electric Power Company in 1985 where he held various underground and overhead engineering and Project Management positions. Mr. Musick joined W. A. Chester, L. L.C. in 1996 as Manager of Operations. His responsibilities at WAC have included being a Project Manager for various underground transmission projects throughout the US, estimating underground transmission projects and holding various licenses. Mr. Musick is also a co-author of Chapter 13 of the EPRI underground transmission systems reference book. Mr. Musick is a member of IEEE Power Engineering Society.
