T&D Substation Project

Over 3 years, BHI provided oversight of T&D construction vendors for a utility Substation build. Reporting directly to the owners, BHI brought in a team of 35 T&D representatives, skilled in substation construction, maintenance, operations, civil engineering and underground construction. The team was responsible for permitting, holding vendor clearances, coordinating materials, switching request submission and monitoring of field implementation to ensure quality and safety standards.
